“SILC (leisure centre) would like to improve its website to allow B2B and B2C features and functionalities. The customers would also be able to create their registration online, make payments and make bookings through the website.  This will improve queues at the leisure centre and improve QoS. “

Create a proposal in a form of report where you have clearly identified the implementation strategy/plan, deliverables, and issues of concerns, time, costs, maintenance, legal obligations/legislations, and redundancies to meet SILC’s expectations (Provide reference to feasibility study to avoid duplication.)
